Affect was founded in 2015 by Nick Johnson who has obtained the highest accountancy and tax qualifications, ACCA (Fellow) and CTA from the CIOT.

Nick was primarily focused on the creative industries where he has helped structure and finance Hollywood blockbusters, independent films, art house titles and low and micro-budget feature films as well as independent video games, television programmes and animations.

Affect has expanded as bringing additional expertise to meet the requirements of a growing client base adding areas of expertise including accounts preparation, the R&D tax credit, bookkeeping and payroll.
